Kumamoto International Manga Festival 2017 Submission Period Closed

World Manga Creators Send Biggest Smile to KUMAMOTO INTERNATIONAL MANGA FESTIVAL 2017!Kichijoji, Tokyo, Japan 10th of March 2017 – Manga creators from around the world sent their manga to the KUMAMOTO INTERNATIONAL MANGA FESTIVAL 2017 to bring the biggest smiles to their readers. The SILENT MANGA AUDITION® EXTRA ROUND WITH KUMAMOTO INTERNATIONAL MANGA FESTIVAL 2017 closed the entry period on 15th February 2017. The submission are being judged by a panel of manga legends, including Tetsuo Hara (“Fist of the North Star”) and Tsukasa Hojo (“City Hunter”) along with industry veterans. Award winners of the festival also have the chance to win a trip to Japan, a JPY 500,000 cash prize, and have the chance to debut as a professional manga creator.
